Our Mission & Philosophy
Airside FBO’s mission is to help Fixed Base Operators reach new heights of performance and profit. We believe that by combining deep industry experience with data-driven analysis and a hands-on approach, we can transform any FBO into a top performer. We are passionate about business aviation and we measure our success by the success of our clients.
Our Story
Airside FBO was founded in 2021 after seeing first-hand how many FBOs could benefit from external expertise. Our journey began when industry colleagues noticed how we turned around FBOs we managed and started asking for our guidance. Realizing the demand, we launched Airside FBO to share our success strategies with the broader industry.
Since then, we’ve become a trusted resource for many FBO operators – from independents to city-run airports. We’ve partnered with over a dozen FBOs across the country, helping each to streamline operations and boost their bottom line. While our home base is in Kansas City, we serve clients nationwide.
Leadership
Kyle Eiserer – President & Founder
Kyle is a 20-year veteran of the business aviation industry, with most of that time spent leading and expanding FBOs. He has served in key leadership roles at major FBOs, where he developed a reputation for quickly implementing changes that drive rapid top-line growth. He has a solid track record of enhancing teams and turning around underperforming FBOs – in fact, several FBOs under his management saw double-digit revenue increases and improved customer satisfaction in a matter of months.
Kyle’s work has been recognized industry-wide. He was a recipient of a Professional Pilot Magazine PRASE Award (an industry survey-based honor) and an ICE Award for marketing excellence. In 2023, the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) selected Airside FBO to lead its FBO Success Seminar – a testament to Kyle’s expertise and thought leadership in the field.
As a consultant, Kyle is known not just for his knowledge, but for his collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves style. He’ll work on-site with your team, share practical tools, and ensure lasting results long after the engagement
